Project Management

Effectively planning, executing and controlling HR related projects within your business. Interpreting and turning ‘HR projects’ into ways of working which might include: organisation change programmes, new practice or procedure roll-out, employee surveys and follow-up activities (i.e. employee engagement, rewards etc,), talent management activities and programme design.

Applying project management principles (planning, people management, stakeholder communication, risk management, execution, documentation, evaluation) to HR initiatives, can improve employee engagement, and achieve more efficient HR management.

Case Management

HR case management can be a systematic approach to handling and tracking various employee-related issues, with a structured process for documenting, addressing, and resolving HR matters.  Alternatively, this might simply involve Solution: People offering support, or a complete hand-over to us, to ease the burden on you.

Cases might involve managing redundancy, grievance, discipline, sickness absence, flexible working requests, family leave requests (maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, etc), capability concerns, settlement agreements, and other similar people management related matters.

People Development

This is a deliberate, ongoing effort to enhance the skills, knowledge and potential of the individuals within your organisation.  This might involve varied interventions, such as training programs, mentorship, coaching, and workshops aimed at empowering  employees to realise their full potential.

Policy & Procedure

The set of guidelines and rules established by a business to govern its people-related practices and processes. It is these practices and policies which form the framework for managing your people fairly, and consistently to ensure  effective workforce operations.

We can help with the creation of new documents, or a review of existing policies, procedures and handbook, with the supporting forms and items your business needs.  All this is just something else we are highly skilled at delivering!

Coaching & Mentoring

Both are approaches to people development, aimed at helping employees to enhance skills, knowledge and performance.
